Megan Powers AKA Mysterious Cat

Megan is a co-producer and an executive in charge of production for Hanuman Media. It’s tough being a media Goddess, but Ms. Powers is up for the challenge. She has a calming effect on everyone she works with and she’s immune to stress.

Ms. Powers honed her early Goddess skills in film distribution in New York City. Working at the prestigious Milestone Film and Video, she was a champion for art and classic silent films. Then she joined the outrageous independent Troma Entertainment, where she marketed, promoted, assisted the President and was the VP of DVD Sales.

Ms. Powers moved in mysterious ways and escaped from her home town in New Jersey and relocated to Santa Monica in 2004, in search of beautiful weather, exciting new opportunities in film and hot men. The search continues for hot men. But opportunity came when she began working on Cartoon Network’s Emmy winning stop-motion animation shows Robot Chicken and Moral Orel.

In addition to producing, directing and writing her own projects, she also worked at an associate producer on the film Rules for Zash Productions and is a freelance writer for www.wildsound-filmmaking-feedback-events.com/wildcard-pictures.html, where she writes classic film reviews. Ms. Powers studies film history and is a self proclaimed film geek.
